What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items as they are digital downloads. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will deliver your order through email after purchase. You will also be able to access your digital content through the customer account page and order confirmation.
What D.A.W's are compatible with your products?
Our preset & sample packs are compatible with any D.A.W that accepts the usage of the synth VST the presets are designed for. Logic, Ableton, FLStudio, Cubase, Pro-Tools, Studio One, Garage Band and any other main D.A.W will be fine.
How can I access my downloads later?
Downloads can be accessed through customer accounts or by email via your order confirmation. Click on 'access digital content' to be directed to your downloads.
